Shipping/Delays

Once I have received your order it may take up to 3 business days for me to process and dispatch it to the carrier...I'm a one woman show! This time does not include delivery time which can vary dramatically depending on geography. I do not guarantee shipping timeframes and remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times, but I bet you already know that. I require a phone number for the destination shipping address enabling the carrier to reach out if necessary.

It is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information as I am unable to make any changes once your shipment is with the carrier. 

Local Pick Up

I am now offering local pick up. If you are in the Bowmanville, Ontario area and wish to pick up your purchase, enter code LOCALPICKUP and email me directly so we can arrange a date and time that is convenient for both of us. Usually it will be ready in 24 hours but there are times that it could take up to 3-4 days depending on my workload.

Where do I ship?

I ship my pottery from Canada to anywhere around the world. I most often ship to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Australia and New Zealand.  Shipping rates, and delivery times fluctuate dramatically depending on which part of this great planet you reside. I offer flat rate standard shipping to the above mentioned locations and it will be added during checkout.

Now, here comes the twist: when it comes to taxes, VAT, import fees, duties, tariffs, or any other sneaky charges that might pop up during shipping, I cannot be held accountable. It's like the great Canadian pastime of passing the puck – those extra costs are out of my control, so be sure that you check what additional fees may apply for importing to your region/country. You will be responsible for them and they were NOT collected during check out.
