I am thrilled that you want to buy my art…but before you hit that “Pay Now” button, take a moment to choose your items with care, as all sales are final. If you have any burning questions or uncertainties, don't hesitate to shoot me a message, I will do my best to get back to you within 2 business days. 

Digital Downloads all sales are final.

Damages

While I make every effort to ensure secure packaging for your purchase, there may be unexpected incidents that occur during the shipping process. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, kindly reach out to me within 7 days of delivery, along with photographs of the damage. As each item is unique and irreplaceable, I will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement or offer a refund, minus shipping fees. However, please note that after the 7-day period, refunds or replacements will not be provided.

Shipping/Delays

Once I have received your order it may take up to 3 business days for me to process and dispatch it to the carrier...I'm a one woman show! This time does not include delivery time which can vary dramatically depending on geography. I do not guarantee shipping timeframes and remote area deliveries may experience longer shipping times, but I bet you already know that. I require a phone number for the destination shipping address enabling the carrier to reach out if necessary.

It is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information as I am unable to make any changes once your shipment is with the carrier. 

Local Pick Up

I am now offering local pick up. If you are in the Bowmanville, Ontario area and wish to pick up your purchase, email me directly and we'll arrange a date and time that is convenient for both of us. Usually it will be ready in 24 hours but there are times that it could take up to 3-4 days depending on my workload.

 Care

All of my pottery pieces are functional art and should be used and enjoyed. Dishwasher safe though I recommend hand-washing as the harsh detergents of a dishwasher may over time dull the finish. Microwave safe, unless stated in the listings; metallic gold, silver overglaze, as with any metal should not be placed in the microwave as it could cause fire. Dark and black stoneware which, due to high iron can become extremely hot in the microwave do so with extreme caution. Not recommended for freezing and not for open flame. Dramatic temperature fluctuations may cause cracks. 

Where do I ship?

I currently ship throughout Canada, the United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Australia and New Zealand. As shipping rates, and delivery times fluctuate dramatically depending on what part of this great planet you reside.

I offer flat rate standard shipping for these above mentioned locations and it will be added during checkout. Now, here comes the twist: when it comes to taxes, import fees, duties, or any sneaky charges that might pop up during shipping, I can not be held accountable. It's like the great Canadian pastime of passing the puck – those extra costs are out of my control, so be sure that you check what additional fees may apply for your region/country, as you will be responsible for them, and they were NOT collected during check out.
